John Hollmeyer co-founded Ferncroft Capital in 2007.  John has acquired retail, office, industrial, and multifamily income-producing assets in most major markets across the Southeast for over 17 years.

John’s deep relationships with capital partners, lenders, brokers, property owners, and his market knowledge give Ferncroft Capital the ability to procure off-market deals that have propelled the firm into one of the most active buyers in the Southeast. John has acquired and sold over $700 million of commercial property in his career. John received his B.S. in Finance, Insurance & Real Estate from Appalachian State University.

JEFF THOMAS
PRINCIPAL

Jeff Thomas co-founded Ferncroft Capital in 2007.  Jeff has been involved in commercial real estate for over 20 years and has extensive experience in development, acquisition and real estate finance.

Jeff began his career at JP Morgan Mortgage Capital where he underwrote and secured over $350 million in fixed and floating rate commercial mortgages. Following business school, Jeff oversaw early stage developments at Crosland and executed strategic and financial analyses of existing assets. He then joined Lat Purser and Associates where he was responsible for acquiring income-producing properties throughout the Southeast before forming Ferncroft Capital. Jeff received both his B.S. and MBA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.

DREW SADOWSKI
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Drew Sadowski joined Ferncroft Capital in 2015 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Drew is responsible for the execution of corporate and asset-level strategies and oversees the daily operations of the company, including asset management, acquisition underwriting and due diligence, and dispositions.

Drew previously led the corporate real estate disposition group at Bank of America, where he oversaw a team of over 20 support partners and closed nearly 500 transactions. Drew earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar.
